SUMMARY:
My client is currently looking for a Supervisor for their factory in Ethekwini, Kwazulu-Natal within the manufacturing industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Previous experience within the manufacturing industry.
Qualification would be advantageous.

Roles and responsibilities:

Assisting manufacturing staff by reaching goals.
Ensuring effectiveness of the company’s policies and guidelines.
Counselling of employees of the workflow.
Ensure that employees meet deadlines.
Assessing of production equipment.
Communication and assistance with other manufacturing departments.
