Qualifications
- Matric
- Supply Chain and/or Procurement post-matric qualification Admin or other related qualification - not negotiable.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
- Good administrative skills
- Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – proficiency in Excel (use of formulas and Excel functions to analyse, co-ordinate and adjust data) not negotiable and Sage Evolution
Duties
- The candidate will be responsible for all supply chain and procurement administration related duties.
- Ensure that all supply chain and procurement policies and procedures are applied appropriately.
- Maintain the vendor / supplier database and keep up to date.
- Keep up to date with purchasing needs and ensure stock availability as and when needed.
- Ensure that deliveries are in line with contract requirements / orders.
- Assisting with stock take duties.
- Assisting all walk-in clients for the Stores.
