SUMMARY:
Durban North. Opportunity for Support Administrator with company in the Medical distribution sector. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years office administration experience, high attention to detail and strong working knowledge of Excel and Pastel.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle various administrative duties to support the team
Attend to incoming phone calls professionally
Update tender schedules with stock on hand, order details, and invoice information
Generate sales reports using Pastel
Manage motor vehicle-related duties, including booking for services / repairs and ensuring licence renewals
Duties related to debtors and creditors
Prepare commission payments and assist with insurance claims

Requirements:

Matric essential
Tertiary qualification in Office Administration is preferred
2-3 years of office administration experience
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Pastel and Excel
Own transport is essential
Professional communication skills
Excellent numeracy and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
