POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining critical hardware, software, and infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine, empowering our employees to excel in their roles. From diagnosing and resolving performance issues to keeping our systems secure, reliable, and up-to-date, you’ll be at the heart of our tech operations

Crafting and executing plans to maintain system functionality, data consistency, and security
Driving internal support tickets to resolution and tracking external support
Planning hardware and software updates to combat obsolescence
Providing after-hours support for critical systems and network connections
Managing AWS Cloud estates, Azure tenants, and a range of cutting-edge tech stacks

Your Skills and Experience
Mastering IT support across storage systems, cloud management, network security (VPN), and more!
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure/M365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware vSphere
Expertise in network security, Mimecast, Sharepoint, MS Teams, and load balancers/WAF

What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience with Active Directory & Windows Server management
2+ years of AWS and Azure/M365 management
Relevant qualifications (A+, N+, MCSE/MCSA). AWS and VMWare certifications are a bonus
