Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in IT Systems
• 5 years of work experience within a similar rol
• Must have experience with SAP
• Experience in Distribution / Logistics industry
• Knowledge and experience of configuring SAP WM and EWM
• Must have In-depth knowledge of all the business processes
• Knowledge & experience in producing SAP & Excel reports (Read, write formulas & reporting)
• Must be willing & able to work long hours
• Must be willing & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays when required

• Facilitates business process improvement via the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications.This resource manages the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements.
• Provide analytical support for critical corporate initiatives including business function support for system migrations.
• Consolidations, significant business area process improvement projects and complex product installations.
• Planning, implementing, and reviewing minor and major system changes into the DC (Maintaining the SAP EWM).
• Configuration and providing reports and information).
• Maintaining system integrity to provide a platform for DC accuracy.
• Applying data analysis and modelling techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure that the systems and outputs aligned to the strategic needs of the business.
• Investigate SAP system related issues and root cause analysis conducted.
• Work closely with the systems and operations team in rectifying common SAP issues regarding misuse and/or lack of systems knowledge.
• Assist in monitoring the skipping of tasks or any human action that may interfere with productivity of the operations.
• SAP customizing and working with functional team / developers for implementation and solution.
• SAP EWMS/4HANA with integration knowledge.
• Good at Regression client for testing.
• Be able to establish and prepare test data, to test execution and test results documentation.
