POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
MCSA, MCSE, CCENT
5 Years IT Experience in System Administration, Desktop support, and IT Security.

Operations & Support:

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain and administer computer system and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyze system logs and identifying potential issues with systems.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain and update an asset list of servers and workstations and other computing related devices.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Plan, coordinate, and implement system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor the performance of computer systems perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform data backups, testing and disaster recovery operations.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement, maintain, and support cloud-based systems.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Database management and maintenance.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate system access and use.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Design, configure, and test computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Plan and implement configuration management, group policy and compliance baselines.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain systems stability through advanced troubleshooting, timely resolution of problems incidents and proactive maintenance.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain software license inventory.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
