SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Systems/Network Administrator (Ops Specialist). We are looking for an experienced Command-line professional who thrives in Linux and Windows environments and has strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization, and storage solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Linux Systems Administration:

Expert-level management of Debian (Ubuntu) and RedHat (Alma, Rocky) systems.
Provisioning and configuring servers, clusters, and devices via the CLI.
Manual installation and configuration of LOB applications.
Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance and logs.

Windows Systems Administration:

Manage and support Windows servers, including AD, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
Provide user desktop support and oversee Windows file server management.

Networking:

Work with Core/Distribution/Access-switching topologies and configure VLANs.
Manage and troubleshoot systems like FortiGate and pfSense.
Maintain network performance and uptime for critical services.

Database Support:

Provide support for Postgres, Oracle, and MariaDB environments.
Collaborate with DBA teams for database availability and performance.

Server Hardware & Storage Administration:

Manage SAN, NAS, DAS, and LUN infrastructures.
Handle server hardware assembly, upgrades, and RAID configurations.

Virtualization & Cluster Management:

Administer Xen-based hypervisor clusters and Hyper-V environments.
Manage cluster performance and failover.

Office Administration & Soft Skills:

Implement ITIL-based best practices and manage IT assets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or similar.
A+ & N+, MTCNA, ICND1, Linux+/LPIC1, MCSA: Windows Server 2016 (or equivalent).
Extensive technical management experience, particularly in IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with database queries and design theories.

Beneficial Certifications:

LPIC2, MCITP, MTCRE, CCNA, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, ITILv4, Security+.
