Established manufacturer and supplier of composite materials to trade and industry, like Polycarbonate, GRP Fibreglass, Perspex Acrylic, PVC, Polyethylene, Resins, gelcoats, pigments, reinforcements, catalysts, additives, Garden Sheds, Awnings, polycarb burglar bars, greenhouses, carports, and light steel frame construction, Podhaus, fibre cement, and more seeks a Technical Manager/Director to manage processes and quality (Six Sigma or Kanban). You will be responsible for maintenance, production planning, procurement and making sure the production machines are up to scratch. You will manage 40 people and maintenance and quality systems. Ideally we are looking for a Mechanical/Industrial or Chemical Engineer who is hands on but can also operate at executive level and be involved in strategic planning. You will drive production to run at optimum so supply meets demand.

- Be motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure
- Prior telesales experience in the meat industry will be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
- Have own transport.
