TECHNICAL/QUALITY RUBBER PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

To ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards within the production environment.

POSITION INFO:
Education
DPRI in Chemistry or Equivalent/ Diploma in Rubber Technology IS ESSENTIAL

Key Performance Areas

• Conduct process audits, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Perform daily product inspections.
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications during production.
• Identification of all incoming compounds.
• Conduct relevant tests as needed.
• Compile and report product test results internally and externally.
• Control and address non-conformances.
• Investigate product failures using Root Cause Analysis.
• Enforce quality systems (ISO 9001) and maintain housekeeping.

• Previous experience in a rubber production industry or in a chemical environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written, reporting and communication skills
