DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- FMCG / Wholesale Telesales exp. essential.
- Experience with cold calling to potential customers.
- Ability to negotiate deals on pricing to increase sales.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Telesales Certificate (adv)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- PASTEL (or similar exp)
- FMCG / Wholesale or similar telesales exp.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- English (With Zulu speaking) advantage.
- Multitasking skills.
- Goal and results driven.
- Reliable & trustworthy (Traceable references req.)
- Pongola OR surrounding area residency req.
