JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a temporary HR Officer/Administrator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties ensuring the HR Department is organised and operates smoothly to attract, hire, and retain employees.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • • Recruitment, Selection & Termination
  • • Labour/Industrial Relations
  • • Training and Performance Management
  • • Employment Equity
  • • Timekeeping
  • • HR Administration

Qualification and Experience:

  • • National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • • Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • • 3 - 5 years’ experience in relevant field
  • • Valid Code 08 Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer/Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • • Basic knowledge of BCEA and Labour Laws
