SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a TES Recruiter in the Blue Collar sector is available to be based in the Secunda, Mpumalanga area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric - 4 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on recruiting candidates with technical skills for Manufacturing, Mining and/or Petrochemical environments (non-negotiable)
Proven track record of bulk projects recruited for and placements made
Deadline driven and ability to work under extreme pressure
Computer literate (advanced MS Office)
Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

KPAs:

Source candidates using databases, social media, word of mouth, walk-ins, CV shortlisting etc.
Identify and shortlist most suitable candidates according to skills, within Mining Artisan trades
Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening and actual interviews
Responsible for building and maintaining of own Artisan database, for future referral and marketing to clients
Responsible for coordinating of interviews on client’s request
Send out all bulk email/SMS (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and manage paperwork (CVs and supporting documents submitted to clients)
Ensure contact list for background verification with suppliers and other employers is current
Assist in coordinating background checks
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Be involved in the implementation of recruitment processes and systems in conjunction with Management and Operations team
Ensure clear mutual understanding of resourcing priorities and practical constraints
Adhere to Company quality processes at all times
Ensure daily deliverables are met
Extensive report writing to enable good business decisions
Project management on large client projects
