Job Description
Our client is looking for a Battery Installations Technician with a Sales background.
Technical background needed:
• Advanced fault finding electrical (mostly DC)
• DC System design, installation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries, connection, and after-sales service
• Knowledge of most popular brands of inverters (Victron, Voltronic, Sunsynk etc)
• Connection and setup knowledge of Lithium-Ion Batteries and inverters
• Familiarity with South African rules and regulations governing electrical installs (NRS, SABS, SANS etc)
• Knowledge of software interfaces (preferably Victron and ICC, but any extra will be great)
• Willing to travel weekly and on short notice
• Ability to do stock control and pack batteries for orders
