Job Description

• Tier 2 support of incidents logged on the Service Desk.
• The installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of Infrastructure and associated utility
  software products, in support of operational systems and the development environment.
• Monitoring and response to system alarms and events, root cause analysis of failures and implementation of fixes within scope
  to rectify problems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bsc Information Systems
•  ITIL Foundation;
• IT certification in infrastructure disciplines;

Skills

• 4-5 years’ experience in a similar environment;
• Understand the Kanban flow system and LEAN performance management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
