Our client is a Meat Processing company based in Cape Town

Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team in the capacity of the R & D Technologist. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Development of the New Product
Product Trial Scheduling and Planning
Produce Lab/Kitchen trial of NPD Products
Developing/Updating customer specifications and communicating to relevant departments
Customer Liaison
Other related duties

Qualifications

Matric
Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Consumer Science

Skills

2/3 years experienced in New Product Development
Willingness/able to eat Chicken, Beef, Pork, due to manufacturing requirements
Not allergic to Wheat, gluten, due to manufacturing requirements
