Job Description

A Client of mine offers  an opportunity to a Finance Graduate to join their Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with financial accounting processes of the business
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are reviewed timeously
• Assisting in ensuring all management accounts are prepared accurately and timely.
• Assisting in ensuring all Forex analysis is completed accurately and submitted timeously
• Ensure that monthly VAT is prepared and submitted to SARS
• Ensure all monthly and annual returns are submitted to SARB, Reserve Bank and SARS
• Assisting to ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal and governance requirements
• Assist to drive co-ordination between the Finance and the Operations Teams

Qualifications

BCom with Major in Accounting or Equivalent

Skills

Strong Technical knowledge Companies Act and Tax knowledge Risk assessment
