SUMMARY:
East London Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Tomato/ Blueberry Grower/ Farm Manager to join the team.

The ideal candidate will be a goal-orientated, driven person who is able to work independently.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
Experienced hydroponic grower.
Global Gap Experience regarding growing and packing.
Knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application.
Strong computer literacy (proficient in Excel, Word and e-mail).
Driver's license with own vehicle
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English with Afrikaans & isiXhosa being advantageous
Sober, healthy and fit.
Willing and able to work long hours, overtime & on weekends.
Staff management up to 70
