TRAINEE SERVICE ADVISOR / EAST LONDON - Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to recruit and exceptional Customer Service orientated TRAINEE Service Advisor. This is a Front line, on the feet all time job. The successful candidate must be Energetic, Professional, well-presented and have a passion for Customer Service with strong communication skills. Experience within the Automotive Industry is advantageous
Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric (not negotiable)
Valid Driver’s License (not negotiable)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent communication skills in English
Obtaining authorizations for repairs to vehicles under warranty – calling the manufacturers.
Assisting with follow ups from clients
Assisting when Service Advisor is on Leave/Sick
Must have EXCEPTIONAL customer relation skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to upsell/sell to the client base (have the drive and means to do so)
Salary: Market related based on working experience
Hours: Monday to Friday – 07h00am – 17h00pm
