TRANSACTION ADVISOR/TRANSACTOR

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a skilled Transaction Advisor / Transactor with a strong background in project finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a project finance environment, with exposure to infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors, and 4+ years in management or strategy consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, multi-faceted transactions
• Interpret and review financial models
• Execute Project Finance processes and timelines
• Client management and liaison
• Implement fundraising or transaction advisory work
• Coordinate feasibility studies and manage internal and external teams
• Supervise modellers and junior support staff
• Report writing and presentation of findings to clients

• Qualifications: BCom / Finance, CA, or MBA
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting
• Staff Management: Ability to manage and assess multidisciplinary teams and present findings to clients
