Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical services department, ensuring optimal performance of medical equipment and facilities.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical devices.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for technical services.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and maintenance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience in technical services management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in relevant software and technology systems
