JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Acquisition Consultant - Finance / Financial Services

 

Criteria:

  • National diploma / degree 
  • APSO registration or membership would be advantageous 
  • 5+ years' experience as a talent acquisition / internal recruiter, preferably within the financial services or finance space
  • Managing recruitment processes end to end with full candidate
  • Extensive experience regarding modern sourcing/searching techniques (for example using Boolean strings etc)
  • Previous experience of working on applicant tracking systems
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from active sourcing to initial onboarding
