JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a experienced Talent Coordinator for a position available at a great company in Melrose Arch

The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Africa Talent team and consulting staff to ensure the smooth running and coordination of all Talent activities.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

You will be involved in the end-to-end 
process of local and global recruiting of candidates from all universities:
 Coordinate the recruiting of target number of ACs and Cons from leading universities and business schools locally and globally
 Coordinate all new hire onboarding programs for designated start dates
 Manage the recruiting schedule and develop annual calendar
 Manage the recruiting database
 Provide input into the recruiting strategy for the year planning
 Promote the organization in a highly competitive recruitment market through use of the internet and external channels and identify creative and effective ways of recruiting the graduate population at the leading universities and business schools
 Provide competitor and other key data and input to the Recruiting Specialist to support cross-channel recruiting efforts
 Evaluate success of recruiting season; prepare and analyze statistics on overall recruiting success, results by university, source, etc. Use findings to provide input to recruiting programs and strategy
 Project work on an ad-hoc basis, e.g. data gathering/reporting for annual recruiting meeting, data/filing clean-up projects
 Assist in coordinating activities and tasks that require support from recruiting team
 Act as point of contact for potential recruits, manage all candidate correspondence and communication
 CV screen and manage applications throughout the year on an ongoing basis, ensuring recruiting system is up to date and 
candidates receive correct communications
 Reporting of recruiting numbers through the year across programs and develop insights and recommendations on actions to take
 Form relationships with EA’s, Consultants, Managers, Principals and Partners across the company network
 Coordinate with EA’s and Consultants and secure interviewer 
availability accordingly.
 Coordinate all logistical arrangements, ensuring times secured in diaries in advance, log scheduled time on tracker and confirm
