Our client is seeking a dedicated Talent Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.

• Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

• Promote our client's brand through social media, career fairs, and other outreach efforts.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

• Understanding of the adhesives industry is preferred but not required.
