SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Tax Accountant who is excellence-driven, dynamic and versatile. If you are looking to further your career in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, then this is the position for you.

POSITION INFO:
This multinational Group in the Hospitality industry is expanding their tax team. They are looking for an experienced Tax Specialist to help drive their business forward. This company is a well-known premium brand and has taken the market by storm across the continent. This opportunity will allow you to work with a vast portfolio as well as the opportunity to gain experience in a multinational setting.

Duties:

Review and analyze VAT schedules
Submit VAT returns
Prepare group payments/refunds schedules
Review SARS statements and track VAT payments/refunds
Monitor eFiling for assessments and reviews
Address SARS VAT queries
Submit VAT schedules to SARS
Reconcile SARS statements and VAT control account
Assist with VAT audits
Handle ad hoc Tax Manager queries

Qualifications and Experience Required:

BCom Accounting Degree is essential
3+ years’ experience in taxation is essential
Experience in the Entertainment and Hospitality industry is beneficial
