SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Cash & Bank Team Lead looking for a new challenge? Our client is searching for a motivated individual to guide and support the cash and banking team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. POSITION INFO:

Provide direction and guidance to the Cash & Bank team
Oversee and manage cash shortages accounts
Review unreconciled bank accounts and ensure accuracy
Conduct month-end reviews and ensure records are well maintained
Uphold and promote the company values and culture

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with others and deliver results
Experience with general admin, reconciliations, and bank account reviews

Qualification:
Grade 12
National Diploma in Accounting or similar
