Team Lead: Bank & Cash

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Provide direction and guidance to the Cash & Bank team
Oversee and manage cash shortage accounts
Review unreconciled bank accounts and ensure accuracy
Conduct month-end reviews and ensure records are well-maintained
Uphold and promote the company values and culture
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with others and deliver results
Experience with general admin, reconciliations, and bank account reviews
 
Qualification:
Grade 12
National Diploma in Accounting or similar
