The role entails supervision and monitoring of employees and motivating them to achieve a common goal that contributes to the growth of the establishment.

Requirements:

Experience within the formal retail sector
Marketing, merchandising, people, and cash handling skills
Experience in a healthcare sector like a pharmacy will be a plus
Store and team management experience- preferably middle management
Must be proactive and able to plan and monitor supplies for the pharmacy
