Team Leader

An exciting new position has opened, and we are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team in a pharmacy based in Giyani, Limpopo. The role entails supervision and monitoring of employees and motivating them to achieve a common goal that contributes to the growth of the establishment.

Requirements:

• Experience within the formal retail sector
• Marketing, merchandising, people, and cash handling skills
• Experience in a healthcare sector like a pharmacy will be a plus
• Store and team management experience- preferably middle management
• Must be proactive and able to plan and monitor supplies for the pharmacy
