A sport retailer based in the Roodeport area is seeking to employ a Team Leader for their Outdoor department. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Hiking and Camping and must possess strong leadership skills to ensure a highly motivated team to successfully drive sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To select, manage and develop team of to serve projects
To satisfy customers by selling products and services that will make them return to the store
To produce long lasting economic and human performance
Turnover progression of the department
Customer service and ensuring strong product knowledge
Staff retention and teammates happiness
Overall profit
Reducing store risk through ensuring coverage on the sales floor
