POSITION INFO:

A well established company in Mount Edgecombe is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their dynamic team in the telematics industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background and experience in onboarding installers, fitting telematic devices, and providing electrical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the onboarding and training of installers.
Provide technical support and guidance to field installers.
Assist with the installation and fitting of telematic devices.
Apply electrical knowledge to ensure proper installations and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of installations and technical support provided.

Requirements:

Technical experience in telematic device installations.
A solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Ability to train and support installers effectively.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
