Our client based close to Wadeville is looking for an energetic and driven Technical Assistant to join their team, assisting with deliveries, picking & packing of stock and assisting the sales team.

You will need a valid drivers license to apply.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric,
Valid Drivers license
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong drive
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational and time
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment

DUTIES

Delivery of orders to various customers
Pulling and receiving of stock
Assist with couriers and deliveries
Assisting with returns from customers and other branches
Checking the stock before deliveries go to customers
Capturing stock information onto the system
Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and applications to effectively advise customers
Assemblies of stock items
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience
Working closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
