JOB DESCRIPTION:

International supplier of medical gases (Oxygen) seeks to employ a Technical Buyer with SAP experience at their premises in the Southern Suburbs.

For the position you would be required to have:

  • Minimum of Grade 12/ Matric
  • MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE OR ERP SOFTWARE
  • Minimum of 5 years' Technical Buying experience
  • Ability to deal with complex Bill of Materials (BOM's)
  • Experience with INCO Terms

Responsibilities would include you to:

  • Request quotations and update pricing on SAP
  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Technical (Industrial) buying
  • Supplier negotiation and evaluation
  • Raising of PO's and follow up on orders
  • Monthly stock takes and stock control
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances
  • Management reports

On offer is a package of around R27k CTC per month
