RESPONSIBILITIES: - Rostering and controlling of training for Technicians;
- Recurrent Technical training for Technicians on B734 and B738;
- Recurrent Training to Techs. On:
· CARs & CATs;
· Legal & Docs.
· Human Factors;
· MEL/ATLR;
- Research and update of course material, manuals and implementation of such material into the courses;
- Ensure service bulletins and ADs are incorporated into the training and updated regularly;
- Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods;
- Ensuring that certified training is delivered to the highest standard and that the training reflects the guidance and direction of governing bodies;
- Ensure an auditing and recording system is maintained for all regulatory requirements;
- Ensure documentation and all training records are completed;
- Assess, monitor, coach and provide trainees with individual feedback;
- Review of training feedback received and implement changes to delivery/ material.
REQUIREMENTS: - Grade 12;
- CAA Instructor rating on the B737 (A & C ) + CARs & CATs + Human Factors;
- Train the Trainer (TETA Approved);Preferred
- Knowledge of SACAA regulations;
- Previous Technical Instructor experience;
- Willing to travel to outstations;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Valid Covid-19 vaccination card.
