Assist walk-in customers with their requests and wow them with your excellent customer care. This is a more TECHNICAL space and training will be provided.

POSITION INFO:

Great opportunity for a skilled Retail in-house Sales consultant. This position is based in the area of Canal Walk Cape Town. The right candidate for the role will be comfortable dealing with customers/clients, assisting them to buy the right item as you will be fully trained on all the products to deliver excellent advice and insight to the customer. This is NOT a fashion retail outlet, the ideal candidate would be comfortable on the more technical side of Retail.

Requirements:

Ability to work near Canal Walk
Professional and comfortable in a Sales environment
Open to learning and development
Adding value to an already successful team
Matric
Fully bilingual - spoken and verbal excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Minimum of 5 years in-person, in-house retail experience
Ability to understand a client''''''''''''''''s needs and deliver a suitable solution/item
Computer literate
