POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution selling of truck bodies & trailers.
• Service existing customers and grow existing customer base (large fleet owners; truck dealers).
• Preparation of quotations and costings.
• Preparation of weight distributions using Transolve software.
• Preparation of Job sheets & specification sheets for new orders.
• Handling of communication & progress reports for new orders.
• Professional handover of new vehicles.
• Provide solutions & technical support to customers.
• Handling & resolving of customer complaints.
• Plan and conduct visits to outlying areas from time to time.
• Prepare a weekly call plan of activities planned to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Prepare status reports including sales calls & progress reports on activities.
