Job Description:
Achieving sales revenue targets within set periods
Acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base
Driving sales growth by increasing revenue compared to previous periods
Converting leads into successful sales through effective follow-up and strategy
Generating qualified leads through outreach, networking, and marketing activities
Closing deals by successfully managing proposals and negotiations
Maintaining a high customer retention rate through repeat business and contract renewals
Ensuring customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and addressing concerns promptly
Engaging with clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails to foster strong relationships
Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner
Managing escalations effectively and resolving issues independently when possible
Continuously improving product knowledge through internal assessments and certifications
Delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
Attending and completing required technical and product training programs
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
 
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, tools, and industry regulations across various regions
Expertise in persuasive sales techniques, account management, and negotiation to secure new business and maintain solid client relationships
Proficiency in writing sales proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions
Resilience and the ability to support and mentor less experienced team members to enhance their knowledge and skills
Independent lead generation and funnel building to drive sales opportunities
Strong negotiation skills, knowing when to leave room for negotiation and seek guidance when needed
Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory practices, and how they align with company strategy
Ability to present objectives compellingly and maintain audience interest, using appropriate presentation techniques
Skill in clarifying and confirming customer needs, concerns, and emotions to build rapport and trust
 
Minimum requirements
2-3 years’ experience
Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Sales Certificate / Technical Certificate
Sales experience in a technical field, boiler experience preferred, or any other electrical or mechanical engineering fields
