SUMMARY:
Well established company on the East Rand seeks a Technical Sales Rep from ground engaging tools (mining)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid drivers
At least four years experience in the sale of ground engaging tools

Role purpose

Responsible for marketing, monitoring and reporting wear patterns on ground engaging tools in order to grow the ground engaging tools and undercarriage business

Duties will include:

Develop new clients
Maintaining Good Customer Relations with existing customer.
Expand customer base.
Reports of sales improvements, potential customer opportunities, and problems encountered to direct superior
Exploring opportunities for potential sales and growth of the customer base and discuss possible strategies with superior
Site inspections & reporting on site conditions and GET wear rates
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure maximum customer engagement and satisfaction
Discussions with customers regarding new developments and improvements
Advising customers on which products will be the most cost-effective while sustaining optimum performance
Liaising with the relevant factories Support Team
Liaising with the planning division regarding logistics and stock levels
Liaise with Technical inspectors and generate quotes on provided undercarriage inspections
Engage with customers regarding undercarriage wear reports.
