Technical Support required for a cloud-driven, SaaS product leading the way in Warehouse Management Systems!
The role:
You will liaise with the development team and business support manager to resolve any client issues via a ticketing system. You will become an expert in the product any provide support both internally and externally across the business and be hands on with system testing.
You will help to maintain the tech support website, taking queries and providing advice to clients and collating feedback.

You'll be joining a rapidly growing cloud driven Warehouse Management System with a start-up feel, who are disrupting the market and have some of the UK's biggest supermarkets on their books!

You:
Obviously, you'll be from a tech support background although any experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems is a huge advantage! Strong client facing communication skills and experience with APIs (specifically REST) are essential, as is a good sense of humour!
Aside from that, they have a positive, friendly and hands on culture so they need someone who can slot into that pretty easily!
Salary & Interview Process:
So, these guys are based in Manchester and are offering flexibility on an in office at home split but if it's really a deciding factor for you, it is open to discussion.
We have between £24,000 and £28,000 for this role plus all the standard benefits.
The interview process is straight forward, a thirty-minute telephone interview and then a meeting with the owners. This can be face to face or via Zoom.
