JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Support/Support Engineer, Century City Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Able & willing to provident after hours of standby support on a rotation basis for Technical site issues Own transport (must be able to commute to work) within working hours English and Afrikaans Previous Support/Service/Helpdesk experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Any Networking, DB query reading/writing, Hardware configuration or touch typing (highly Advantageous) Responsibilities: Capture technical customer concerns/issues via email/telephone & investigate the cause Run diagnostics in order to find and solve problems Contact technicians to resolve problems Use in-house tools to prepare/test site equipment Provide after-hour standby support on a rotation basis for Technical site issues Main
