Gijima HCM is recruiting for a certified and experience Technical Trainer to be based in Lephalale.

POSITION INFO:

Job content & responsibilities:

• Training of apprentices/skills programmes/short courses
• Ability to train against the occupational qualifications and part qualifications
• Trade Testing/ARPL
• Training administration
• General competency assessments

Qualifications required:

• Matric Certificate
• Qualified Millwright / Fitter / Boilermaker Artisan with three years related work experience
• Two years work experience as a Trainer will be advantage.
• N4 Mechanical Engineering Certificate
• Trained/Registered Assessor and Moderator

Requirements (technical skills):

• Millwright/ Fitter/ Boilermaker in manufacturing/mining/production environment
• Ability to train and prepare candidates in Millwright/Fitter/ Boilermaker
• Train the Trainer

Perm/Contracting position:

• Permanent

Requirements (soft skills):

• Team player, Facilitation skills, Communication skills, Writing of reports , Presentation skills

General work- related experience required:

• Millwright/Fitter/ Boilermaker experience in the manufacturing, production and mining environment
• Training of apprentices and P1 candidates will be advantageous
