POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Technician/Verification Officer to join our team in JHB - Eastern Suburbs. As a Technician/Verification Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of engineering processes. Your duties will include conducting verifications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements
.Duties include
We need potential candidates who are already working as Verification Officer /Tech with SANS10378 for the Petrochemical industry. Scope B1, B1a, B2, VA1, VB1, VB2
Take responsibility for the implementation, installation, commissioning and maintenance
of systems which form part of projects countrywide, Truck and Gantry.
- Complete relevant Documentation for projects.
- Adhere to HSEQ policy and assist in improving current system.
- Adhere to Quality Management system as well as assist in improving current system
- Analyse current methods used in providing service, and suggesting and
implementing improvements.
- Comply with the requirements of SANS 10378 and Legal Metrology as defined in the
policy, procedure and work instruction manual during the execution of duties, including
but not limited to:
- Complete site visit reports.
- Complete verification certificates.
- Ensure quality records are effectively maintained.
