Tele Sales Agent (IT Sector) - Johannesburg North

POSITION INFO:
An ICT company at the forefront of Information Technology, components and systems distribution in Africa, is looking for Tele Sales agents (Inbound and Outbound).

Requirements:

• Experience in Tele sales
• 1 to 3 years in IT related field (mandatory)

• Receive email and telephonic enquiries 
• Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry
• Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed
• Call allocated customer base on regular basis Cold call / acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
• Attend all sales and product training as required
• Complete daily customer call log sheets 
• Update customer database on an ongoing basis
• Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product grp Carry out any other instruction as required by Management
