Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through proactive outbound cold calls
• Engage decision-makers in strategic conversations to understand their business needs
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by analysing customer pain points, contractual obligations, and willingness to change
• Build and maintain strong relationships to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Meet and exceed call and appointment targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide call insights
• Manage meeting schedules and CRM records accurately

• Proven B2B telemarketing or telesales experience
• Excellent phone manner and rapport-building skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Resilient and results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and discuss contractual agreements
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
• Experience in managed print and telecoms industries is advantageous
