Telemarketer (half day)

SUMMARY:
Our Glenwood human resources consultancy is looking for a half day, motivated, telemarketer to join our team on a temporary basis. Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting services, and generating sales leads.

• Gather information on potential customers
• Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote our services
• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while communicating.
• Document calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve strategies.

• Previous experience in telemarketing
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• MS Office computer skills
