Telesales - George

Well established company based in the heart of George, is recruiting a telesales agent to join their team. The ideal candidate should be bubbly, positive and have a can-do attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Calling existing client base and follow up on any orders, based on delivery to the areas
• Process incoming orders and ensure schedule for delivery in line with delivery route
• Promote, market, sell and upsell full range of products
• Manage backorders
• General administration and filing
• Answer email orders and queries
• any ad hoc duties as required daily

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Higher Certificate and / or diploma - advantageous
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate - MS Office
• 2 years' experience with internal sales, telephonic marketing environment
• Must reside in George
