JOB DESCRIPTION:

To make outbound calls to sell or promote the products and services to potential new and existing clients
Ensure client follow ups are maintained
Establish and maintain contact with new customers
Record the call history of the client contact on the client database
To sell new or cross sell existing products and services to potential new or existing clients
Maintain accurate client information in the client database
Sell boxes, files and other products to clients
Support the Account Manager for other leads on digital solutions that arise from the outbound sales call
Ensure leads conversion on a daily basis
Maintain accurate reporting of all leads converted, touched and closed
