The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our growing team. Your mission: to connect with UK business owners, understand their funding needs, and schedule meetings for our directors to present tailored finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently making a high volume of outbound cold calls to targeted UK businesses daily.
Engaging with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our services effectively.
Booking meetings for our directors to discuss funding options.
Accurately recording conversations and prospect details in our CRM system.

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience in outbound telesales, ideally within the financial or B2B services sector.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging.
