SUMMARY:

We are wanting to register Telesales Clerks (FMCG), for possible future vacancies based in East London, Eastern Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 or equivalent
2+ years telesales experience in FMCG / related industry
Will be based in East London, an d deal with Port Elizabeth area / customers
Good customer service skills and telephone manner (fluency in English)
Incentive driven and prepared to work retail hours
Must be available immediately

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Calling clients for orders
Upselling and communicating promotions
Meeting deadlines and sales targets
Maintain good customer relations
Grow area and market company to new clients
Maximize GP and increase turnover

Salary: R8 000.00 per month + incentives / commission
