Job Title: Telesales and Sales Support

Our client, a distribution company, is looking for a Telesales and Sales Support to join their team in Centurion.

The candidate should be enthusiastic and engage with current and potential customers to promote and grow sales reach. They should enable the sales team to focus on core selling activities by handling administrative and logistical tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Engage with prospects and customers to grow sales.
Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues.
Identify and qualifies potential sales leads.
Accurately prepare sales reports.
Maintain and update customer information.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the product managers issues with product availability.
Report potential leads and opportunities.
Provide technical support for customers and any troubleshooting issues.
Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and warehouse to ensure seamless operations.
Provide general support to the sales team, helping with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

POSITION INFO:
Required qualification and working knowledge:

Grade 12
2+ years of experience in customer service
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite
