SUMMARY:
A fast growing technology distributor is looking for a highly motivated experienced telesales person to join their team in Samrand . A successful candidate would need excellent communication skills and work well in a team in a challenging environment and under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • ICT sales experience is essential
  • IT industry experience is essential
  • Time management and problem solving skills
  • Confidence to engage with customers telephonically

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Telesales
  • Processing high volume of product orders and invoices
  • Processing POD and invoice log sheets
  • Customer response via email
  • Proactively participating in sales and marketing campaigns
  • Meeting daily KPA metrics in terms of quotes, orders, calls and profit targets

 

Salary: R10000 and Guaranteed commission of R1800pm for the first 4 months

Benefits: Death and disability cover and Medical insurance
