Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage in daily cold calling to prospective clients in target markets to introduce our services (ISP/MSP/IT solutions).
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads, understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects and maintain a professional and friendly approach to nurture interest and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Accurately record and manage information in our CRM, tracking lead status and follow-up requirements.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and competitive information to help improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service, ideally within the ISP, MSP, or IT sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
- Sales-Driven: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of internet services, managed services, or IT solutions; willingness to learn more in these areas.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
